Back in March I had 110 biomarkers tested for my health and wellness. Some of these tests calculate "real age" or biological age. My biological age at that time was 36.9 years old.
I ran the labwork again in Mid-June and my biological age has reduced down to 34.8!!!
I was also able to optimize ALL my sub-optimal results the first time around--reducing my cholesterol, increasing my vitamin D and my Omega-3s. At this rate my entire body is looking and feeling...well, like my biological age, instead of my chronological age.
